December 11 Board of Commissioners Special Meeting Agenda

The Board of the Everett Housing Authority will conduct a Special Meeting on Monday December 11, 2023, from 4:00 pm - 5:15 pm at Everett Housing Authority Offices at 3107 Colby Avenue. 

There will be no remote access to this meeting. 

Agenda

1. Roll Call
2. To meet with the Executive Director to discuss personnel issues including staffing, management plans, and contracting authority.  
3. The Board may meet in executive session to receive and evaluate complaints or charges brought against a public officer or employee (RCW 42.30.110 (1) (f)) and to review the performance of a public employee (RCW 42.30.110 (1) (g)). 
4. Adjourn
