PBV waitlists are currently open.
Everett Housing Authority (EHA) is pleased to announce the opening of the Project-Based Voucher waiting list for several of our properties:
Senior Communities (62+ years) and adult residents with disabilities: Bakerview, Broadway Plaza
Senior Communities (62+ years): Lynn Crest, Scriber Pointe, Lake Woods I, Evergreen Village, Meadow Park, Silver View Senior Apartments, Hawkins House, Village East Senior Apartments
Other Properties open to all eligible applicants (families): Grandview Homes, Pineview Homes
Waiting List Dates:
Opening: Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at 9:00 AM
Closing: Friday, October 24, 2025, at 5:00 PM
