Agenda Special Meeting

• The special meeting will be conducted partially by telephone, in that certain Commissioners may participate telephonically. There will be audio connection to the meeting at the meeting site, such that the Commissioner or Commissioners participating telephonically can hear and participate in the proceedings and those attending in person can hear any participation by the Commissioners or Commissioner attending telephonically.
  
  
  1. Executive session pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(g) to review the performance of a public employee.
     
     
  2. Request to authorize the Chair to execute a contract with special counsel to provide legal services to the Board of Commissioners with respect to certain personnel matters, with a cap of $20,000.00.
