Agenda Special Meeting

1. Request for motion directing Chair Maddy Metzer-Utt, or if she is unavailable, Vice-Chair George Perez, to seek bids pursuant to the small purchase provisions of Section 5.2 of the EHA Procurement Policy for a contract with an outside personnel consultant to work on special personnel projects for the Housing Authority, with a contract limit of $50,000, absent further authority from the board.
   
   
2. An executive session pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(i)(ii) and (ili) to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency potential litigation to which the agency, the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the agency, and to discuss the legal risks of a proposed action that the agency has identified when public discussion of the legal risks is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the agency.
