Amendment to 2017-18 Agency Annual Plan
The Everett Housing Authority is seeking to grant a preference on certain Project Based Voucher waiting lists, effective December 1, 2017, for applicants who will be displaced as a result of the disposition of Baker Heights. This proposed change to admissions policy is considered a significant amendment to the current Agency Annual Plan, and as such, is subject to the same approval requirements per HUD regulation. The comment period will conclude with a public hearing scheduled for Monday, November 13, 2017 at 12:30 p.m. at the main EHA office, located at 3107 Colby Avenue in downtown Everett.
