Limited Lobby & Client Assistance April 22 & 23, 2025

Please be advised that the Rental Assistance department will be in staff training on Tuesday and Wednesday, April 22-23. The lobby will still be open during its regular hours - 9:00AM-12:00PM and 1:00PM-3:00PM - however, during this time, walk-in services will be extremely limited.

Visitors may still drop off paperwork, pick up documents they have previously arranged to receive, or leave a message to be routed to the appropriate staff member. All messages will be addressed once staff return after their training. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this brief service interruption. Regular walk-in services will resume in the lobby on Thursday, April 24, at 9:00 AM.
