Resident Advisory Board Meeting on December 5th
Resident Advisory Board Meeting on EHA's 2019-20 Annual Plan
Everett Housing Authority (EHA) invites Voucher Program and Public Housing participants to join the Resident Advisory Board (RAB)! The RAB assists in the development of EHA's Annual Plan that will go into effect July 1, 2019 in two ways: 1) Provides comment on policy changes the agency intends to implement and activities it plans to engage in over the course of the upcoming Plan year; 2) Recommends any other areas of focus or specific activities to be included in the Annual Plan.
The RAB will meet on Wednesday, December 5, 2018, from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Baker Room (Large Hall) at Baker Community Center (1401 Poplar in north Everett, adjacent to the Bakerview high-rise). The adjacent small hall (Cascade Room) will be open for parents with infants and small children that may need to take a break; however, EHA will not be providing child care!
As part of the RAB meeting, Root Policy Research, a consulting firm conducting a Fair Housing assessment for EHA, will be facilitating a discussion about your experiences in locating housing while living, working, and attending school in Snohomish County. Please join us for this important discussion and see how your story makes a difference! Dinner will be provided to all participants, and a $20 gift card will be given to the first 25 housing program participants to arrive!
Requests for assistance or disability-related accommodations can be arranged by contacting Chris Neblett at (425) 303-1186, or email, by 5 p.m., Thursday, November 29.
If you have any questions about the RAB meeting, please contact Chris Neblett via email or by telephone, at (425) 303-1186.
